Composite bonding teeth involves placing a sculpted white filling material over your natural tooth to blend in seamlessly with your natural smile. Often patients whiten their teeth first for a real smile upgrade. Together we choose a shade for your composite bonds that will best suit you and your style.

The beauty of this treatment is that no part of the tooth has to be removed for composite bonding. This is a minimally invasive, pain free technique to improve the colour, size, position, and shape of teeth.

What are the benefits of composite bonding?

  • One visit treatment
  • No injections
  • No drilling
  • Composite bonding can be removed

What Is Involved?

Composite Veneers
At the initial consultation we listen to your wishes. If bonding is suitable for you, we may do a smile design to plan the shapes of your new teeth together and aim to get this design transferred into your mouth.
1
Smile design scan using our iTero digital scanner.
2
Review of your smile over email, the phone or at the clinic.
3
Placement day: kick back, watch Netflix and enjoy your pain free dentistry. We build the teeth up one by one; each tooth roughly takes 30-45 minutes. After the procedure is over you will not have a numb mouth and be able to enjoy your new smile as soon as you leave the clinic.

What is the difference between composite veneers and porcelain veneers?

composite Veneers

Porcelain veneers roughly last x3 times longer than composite veneers, meaning they are a bigger commitment but are convenient.

Composite veneers make teeth slightly thicker, whilst porcelain veneers fit into the teeth.

Composite veneers need more maintenance.

Composite veneers are placed in x1 sitting vs porcelain veneers in x2 sittings.

Composite veneers are removable, porcelain veneers would need to be replaced.

Composites you can be more selective with i.e., just use the material to fill in gaps or add to the edges of the teeth to create a beautiful silhouette to the tooth.

Composite is weaker than porcelain.

Composite is easier to fix if problems arise.

Composite veneers are cheaper than porcelain veneers.
