Located adjacent to the Dental Training Institute, the practice comprises four separate hi-tech clinic suites, representing an investment of almost a million pounds. We are probably the most comprehensively equipped dental surgery in the UK. We have a number of pieces of high-tech equipment that you are unlikely to find alongside each other at any other private dental clinic in Europe.
In addition to advanced equipment, we have introduced a fresh concept in patient care. Instead of a waiting room, we have a luxurious lounge with leather chairs, up to date magazines and a choice of refreshments.
We allow a generous amount of time for each patient, so we can run to schedule without keeping you waiting. This allows us to listen to your questions, rather than rushing you through an appointment. We use the highest quality dental materials and the best dental supplies, in addition to our superior technology. What’s more, each patient is always given an oral cancer exam and gum disease screening each time they visit for a check-up. Early intervention can save lives – not just teeth! Following the initial examination, we produce a written care plan. This includes photos and x-rays where necessary with clear explanations of our treatment proposals, together with prices.
For many people, a dental visit, or even the thought of one, can cause immense worry and stress. We hope to change all that and have designed our environment to make our patients feel relaxed and comfortable. And if you decide to go ahead, we have many techniques to help us to put you completely at your ease. This includes intravenous sedation using specific drugs administered by our highly experienced anaesthetist. You’ll enter a ‘twilight zone’ in which you’ll feel calm and relaxed. Longer appointments and even complex treatment can then easily be carried out without causing you any stress.
