I just felt the time is right to let you know how pleased I am that I found your practice. If you remember, I had been let down by a local Dentist offering sedation, he left the practice and my referral never reached his new address - apparently! Then, I broke yet another of my very overfilled teeth. This what led me to search for something new. I Googled 'Sedation Dentist in Surrey' and found your website. That was back in May and I can honestly say I haven't looked back since.
I am not even
one quarter of the way through my planned treatment, but already can see such an improvement. My visits are something I no longer dread, I am made to feel like a human being rather than a silly child for being so anxious. We work as a team now, you, Sue, me and of course Joe... OK, I cheat a bit with sedation, but that's alright isn't it?
So what I really want to say is that for so long I have wanted a dentist who would understand my dental phobia and to take time. I have found this now and would just like to say thank you.

I just wanted to say thank you so very much for all the treatment I have received from you over the past 6 months. When I first came to you for my treatment, I was a very nervous patient with not alot of confidence in dentists. I also brought a few problems, a detached crown, a badly infected tooth which was filled over, and leaky fillings.
My first impression of yourself was that of a very sincere, caring and professional person. I liked the way that you first spoke to me to find out a little of my background, what my fears were and what I was hoping would be achieved. Now, six months later my opinion has strengthened and I have even more respect for you and hold you in very high regard. Having completed a session of dental treatment with you I feel I must right a short letter to thank you for your care and attention. As you are aware I am nearly 77 years of age and am fortunate enough to still have almost all my teeth. This time, however, in order to save one tooth it required Root Canal Treatment prior to a filling. I never had root canal treatment be fore and felt nervous about it. But I am pleased to say that the procedure was entirely pain free, as was the subsequent filling. Further treatment was also pain free and at the end all feels very comfortable. Once again, thank you and your staff for your care and attention.

Root treatment - not as bad as it sounds" A phrase we all heard before and been thankful we've never witnessed. Well I heard those words! However Dr Amit provided calm and reassuring advise that reassured me that not only was the treatment the best approach, that should not be delayed, but also that he would make it as stress free as possible. Nobody wants a balloon mouth which may have been a prospect if treatment were not taken. Dr Amit explained the whole process both before and along the way which helped to calm the nerves. I must say a very professional and personable treatment and I thank Dr Amit and his team I will be back, which must be a good sign.
